Dear Prashantji,

Thank you very much for your response.

Below are the dates that you requested.....

I got married on March 10th 1997. I entered U.S. for the first time

on May 15th 1995.

My last monthly cycle before the pregnancy was July 8th 2007.

My 1st baby was actually due on august 16th 2001 and my doctor at

that time decided to wait for a few days for normal delivery and

ultimately my baby was born on 28th August 2001 via C-section

Please let me know if you need any other information
