I dont think they are part of tantric tradition of india .As tantra has very well laid principles and literature and practitioners are vailable still at large and its also practised by indians from very long back ..And all tantric text says its orignated from siva .We can call tantra is part of our tradition and they contributed a lot to astrology also ..So it may be vedic but not vaidic . U can see some names of great tantric originaters their name tallies with sidhas of south also like macha muni is matsyendranath of tantra tradition . Lal Kitab remedies are as Sattvik as can be. The proof is: go to the group, have a look at the remedies suggested and find for yourself whether they are tantrik or not. Similarly, about the plasibo [ white pill ] effect, search for the feed back and you will know whether the effect is plasibo or long lasting. You are misinformed that bones or hair are used as remedies. Once you visit the group and read the remedies suggested you will know the truth yourself. In fact there are five known tantra sects. Shiv is centric in Shaiv tantra. Here Lord Shiva is explaining tantra to his disciple Parvati. In Shakt tantra, reverse is the case. Parvati is the guru and Shiv is the disciple. Others lesser known are the Ganpatya, Saurya and Vaishnav tantra sects. In each case the worshiped deity varies as per the name and have considerable variations. Though Shaiv and Shakti sects continue to remain the most popular, there are different schools of thought; prominent ones are that of Bengal, Kashmir and Kerala.
