Jyotish in four Vedas

Can someone point some important slokas in four vedas which refer to

Jyotish?

i mean which determines the importance of jyotish. Please try to point

a sloka which recognises Jyotish as a vidya to study effects of grahas

on destiny. As jyotish shastra, as i understand, means study of vedic

math also.
