I'm a software professional and since last 2-3 years there is

stagnation in my career. I'm not seeing my growth both position wise

and monetary in my current job. I'm desperately looking for job change

since 2-3 months, but for some or other reason, it is not

materializing. I got some offers also but there was not improvement

with respect to the current job.

 

Please let me know when is my job going to change and what sort of rise

I can expect into my new job.
