Place>>Sindri/Dhanbad(Jharkhand/Bihar, India)

 

I'm a software professional and in this industry since 7 yrs.

Currently

well placed in an MNC, but since last 2-3 years I'm feeling that my

career has got stagnant. I'm not getting any increment/promotion in my

job. My juniors have become my superior, those who have switched their

job are way ahead to me. My enthusiasm within the work has gone done,

so do the job satisfaction. I have travelled abroad 4 times but that

is

not in my priority. All of this has made me very frustated and despite

my desperate effort to switch the job, it is not happening. I have got

couple of job offers but the perks/remunerations is not upto my

expectation. In some of the opportunities where I was through with all

rounds of interview, something or other is preventing me from getting

the offer. Everyday in the morning I'm reciting Aditya Hridayam.

Please, please help me.

Please let me know:

1) When can I expect the change?

2) How is the change looking like(salary/position etc)?

3) Am I going to get job satisfaction in the new job?
