Should 10th lord's or 10th cusp's constellation be looked into? What other factors are to be taken in account for the same? What does the ghatak/melefics chakra means in the horoscope? Guest guest Posted July 22, 2007 Report Share Posted July 22, 2007 Dear Diva pankh, there are many ways to look at ons profession for instance- 1) The 10th house of the Lagna chart. 2) The 10th Bhava of the Lagna Chart. 3) Planets posited in the 10th Bhava. 4) Lord of 10th where posited in Natal Chart. 5) Planet in conjunction/aspect to this Lord. 6) 1-5 to be seen in navamsha Chart. 7) Lord of 10th of natal chart where posited in Navamsha chart. 8) Mahadasha Lord what does it signify ? 9) The planet Jupiter and the house before it would show source of Income (Nadi system) 10) The constellation Lord of 10th Lord. and many other such methods. The basis is that total of numerals in your name must tally with that of the organisation. As far as jyotish is concerned the logic is that it must not be started in the constellation of badhak planet. For movable, fixed and dual signs the badhaks are 11th, 9th and 7th houses and their lords are the badhakesh. It appears logical that naming a business/ organisation based on the 10th cusp sublord, if related to the 7th and 11th bhavas should be good.
