Worst is the affliction by Graha drsti because it can form 'saapa' - curse. It also depends where is Shukra from Arudha Lagna. Forth lord in ninth shows person who can sacrifice life for communities/groups/people. While eleventh in ninth gives a lot of money, but this depends on AL and Dasa running. The Venus Mahadasha is likely to begin in next 1.5 - 2 yrs. I m curious to know, what sort of results i w'd get. My rashi is Scorpio in 9'th house and I m single. Both Sun + Mars are on Leo in 6'th, and Mercury+Ketu in 5'th house. Saturn is placed 3'rd house. However, that has not been the case. After learning about Rasi Drishti, I found out that Mars, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu are aspecting Venus from their houses (other Dual Signs). This would mean that Venus is afflicted by natural malefics. In addition, Venus is in Leo (enemy's) Navamsa, conjoined Saturn. I would guess Venus as 11th and 4th lord exalted would give me high ideals in love, and desires I want fulfilled. But will they remain only ideals without substance? It is receiving graha and rasi drishti from Mars and Saturn who are in Virgo in 3rd. And is receiving rasi drishti from Rahu and Ketu. Mars and Saturn are both retrograde. Will it all just remain ideals, due to the retrograde malefics aspecting Venus, or will there be actual results? Even the so called good planets like Venus and Jupiter are harmful for some horoscopes, especially those where they own the cadent houses. Venus for Libra is both good (lord of Ascendent) and harmful (lord of the 8th house). On the other hand Saturn and Mars may be extremely beneficial for some due to their being the lord of angular and succedent houses; Saturn is lord of 4th and 5th for Libra, hence beneficial. Similarly exaltation in 6th, 8th or 12th may be bad and debilitation in anglular or trine would be considered good. Next analysis is also done for occupants and owners of the cadent houses to see their adverse effect. It is very important to assess the strength of planets. You may observe that all supervisors/ managers would have some degree of Rajyoga; the strength of the same would vary from a supervisor of corporate sweepers who sweep the road early in the morning to that of a multi-millionaire who owns some multinational or transnational corporations or that of the head of state/ governments. Then what exactly is exaltation or debilitation? As I have understood these too terms refer to the speed with which they are responsible for delivery of results pertaining to the areas signified by them...exalted planets would deliver faster than debilitated. However, what would be the result of an exalted planet occupying a cadent (6, 8 or 12) houses or a debilitated planet occupying an angular (1,4, 7 or 10) or trine (1, 5 or 9) houses? I would leave it for you to ponder over it. Further, in Vedic school, angular aspect is considered good but not so when considering Western aspects - it is malefic. These are just a few aspects, yet incomplete... once again analysing the complete horoscope is essential to judge the overall effect. My advice - do not jump to conclusions too early...
