u can wear a Yellow sapphire or Pukhraj on ur index finger preferably in a gold

ring. else silver

 

recite Rudra Japa or Shiva Sahasranama daily min Mon, Thur, Sat at least

 

when u can't repeat Shiva PanchaAkshari 12 times at least.on other days.

how we know what I am purchasing is good quality of gem.

 

Someone told me that DIAMOND is better for me.
