Dear Tanvir,

 

I hope u can expand on ur 1st sentence here for members clarity

 

One on Bhaskars ethics

 

two on the Owners rules and regulations this can make it simpler for all

 

AS FAR AS i AM CONCERNED if there is a good point anywhere it will be taken from

anyone irrespective of what we feel about them I have no bias against anyone.

 

I will have to take time to even think of anything Bhaskar says as it is he who

posted them and broke them as well in hours.

 

I would like you to see a few points and decide for ur self

 

a. when members post with a specific name to respond I and ashutosh had in many

cases asked them to address it to the group unless it is part of a clarification

of a past post.

 

b. that Astro-members can post their views on any query they have a view which

will normally differ in many ways as their approaches are different so member

can from experience of the group make up his mind on what he wants to take. of

course some members post in too many sites and collect more than they can chew.

 

c. when astro members post their views it is their own views and don't indulge

in tearing apart other members views

 

d. YOU WILL HAVE TO SEE A FEW MAILS OF BHASKAR AND TARUNS EXCHANGES AND ALSO

THE MEMBERS QUERY in the past 4 days max and judge Baskars ethics and his

practice.

 

where Bhaskar has ripped each post saying it is PREPOSTEROUS, UNHEARD OFF, NOT

ASTROLOGICAL SENIOR ASTROLOGER IS MAKING MISTAKES, MISLEADING MEMBERS

 

e. I want to know is this called `ETHICS' if you feel this is so please state

so no problem. I will stand corrected.

 

f. I HAVE NEVER DONE THIS TO ANYONE EVEN IF I differ on their views.

 

I have not seen this happen in any group where such cross things happen.

 

I have answered a few that bhaskar has also answered vice-versa and in many

chats we had I said it is ok if he also reads on what i post a public forum is

not private property and any info a member posts here can be quoted as it is

already in public domain.

 

what queries I answer is more on how I see the subject line I don't read who all

have answered and what they said as it is not the way anyone reads a chart isn't

it we may get prejudiced in our own reading. why borrow ideas.

 

LASTLY -pratosh

 

I HAD complimented Bhaskar for seeing the finer points in 2 mails on my reading

his father's chart where baskar also agreed we have to see the queries

irrespective of our feelings to him well Pratosh did humiliate Baskar I wasn't

answering Pratosh personal case but his fathers stock loses from only a academic

point. which baskar also agreed in the end

 

again when Pratosh , Sunil Nair, BAskar were in a fresh war just for group peace

asked them to stop before it went too far as this hurts the group more he got

angry later on the replies I gave others later.

 

h. members who posted Baskar better go when he posted he was quitting did on

their own he REPEATEDLY IT IS A CONSPIRACY BY ME

 

here TANVIR you have the privilege as owner moderator to check with them if they

say i had a role pl BAN me on the spot u get that info, why should I do such

low things where Baskar fails to understand his own way of abusing members has

caused it and doesn't need any external intervention.

 

these were there even last yr so when I got a chance to show that I had no

IL-WILL I felt the poll was best time and did canvass for him HE DID NOT ASK

sure. does this not prove I had nothing against him

in a chat we had he had asked me to become moderator

 

for which said I HAVE NO TIME TILL CONSTRUCTION is over WHICH STARTED THIS JAN,

THE POLL date is Sept 16th if I am right

 

and again if this is ethical can paste the full session here. he wanted me to go

as moderator I had no plans is the point.

 

BUT WHAT HAS BASKAR SAID I HAD helped him on votes to become a moderator myself

knowing that he can he proved otherwise -a mischievous lie.

 

in a few chats also we had he always got confused that I lived in SECUNDRABAD is

fact and I have clarified this too can post it as well

 

BUT not one will u ever find the white lie OF RICE PLATE' NEVER

 

SO HIS BLOWING HOT AND COLD baffles me until I am sure he can stand on any word

I can't say more.

 

I respond to some attacks of many at me under extreme provocation not like

Baskar who when members ask for a clarification also gets angry Last year

Budha's thread can be a case in point there r several if one sees them all.

 

PEACE IS ALL WE NEED AND I DON'T MIND.

 

and I have no issues, I can still treat him for a plate of rice anytime

anywhere no issue and I have no ill will then or now, I wish he sees the point.

 

I SEE THE MORE MEMBERS WE HAVE THE MORE VALUE IT ADDS TO THE SITE AND i HAVE NO

ILL WILL OR UPMANSHIP OVER OTHERS i REALLY MISS THE ONES WHO LEFT THE GROUP

with shrinking ones due to needless emotional responses it has lost many good

members.

 

EACH MEMBER HAS THEIR OWN POINT AND A VARIETY ALWAYS IS GOOD

 

AND AS SAID a few times time is hard on me with the construction at home picking

pace and needs more attention as out of 6 siblings I am alone here and parents

are too old they are approaching their th wedding anniversary on Independence

day.[Aug 15th] we have plans for a house warming on Oct 2nd my father's 80th

b'day. so the commitment will keep me busy.

 

so from JUNE 17 to Mov 30 will surely go slow and post on a few to say I am

alive and can help any case if I can do my part on and off. in all groups u can

see me less only a few days I get sometime to post more if I am free.

 

Bhaskar pl see I have nothing against u and see it in right spirit like ur last

post in real sense and not mere lip service

feel it's better to leave such ideas. I as the moderator have put certain

guidelines and regulations and those are enough. So there is really no need of

something else.

 

I understand that you want to play a good role for the good of JR, but it's

better to put it off if the members don't like it.
