At the moment matters would be delayed because Saturn is crossing 4 Planets at a time in her chart, in transit , which includes the lagna Lord Mars.She should do good Pooja of hanumanji for Life as Lagna Lord too is Mars. Probably in Nov 2010. There is a case of delay in marriage as per the data furnished by you. There is a chance of love marriage. The marriage could be performed during this period also but this period may lead to dispute in the marital life. Cheers !
