Gramam is Village; Udharanam is upliftment. India is basically a

Country of villages. The progress of our Country depends on the

general progress of all our villages, right from Kanyakumari to

Kashmir and from Nagaland to Saurashtra. In spite of the many 5-year

Plans,our villages still continue to remain poor. How to improve them?

 

This group has been formed for people who are interested in this

noble task, by restoring our heritage, ancient culture and

languages.Each village has its own specific resources. In general,

our biggest asset is our skilled manpower. How to tap this manpower

for the village upliftment?

 

Most of you are young professionals. Please spend at least a part of

your time and energy towards the upliftment of our villages.
