In recent times (abt 2-3 weeks ago) I have been having this sleeping disorder where I can go tobe early but twist, turn and toss around for hours and only get to sleep at abt 2-3 am and tend to sleep very lightly before getting upat abt 6 am. It has been so frustrating that I have developed a fear of even hitting the bed at night. I dont have any particular worries or anxieties and in fact sleeping was one option I usually resorted to in the past when faced with depressing moments. So this sudden turn in sleeping fortunes is inexplicable. Why suddenly this period of insomnia now? My wife at one point last year suffered from bad insomnia and I am not sure if traces of that consciousness has come to grip me now. Astrologically, is there anything that could explain this very recent poor streak of sleeping? Any remedial measure possible to recover sound sleep? My 12th is rather crowded with Saturn, Venus, Mars and Moon I think. I was born in Singapore on 17th April 1972 at 10:49 am Singapore time. Thanks a lot. Hari Got a little couch potato? Check out fun summer activities for kids.
Guest guest
Prashant Sahab, Namaste. We are in same boat. Since last 20 years I am getting sleep only between 2.30 to 3.30, it is unfortunate that during BrahmaMuhurtha when one should be meditating, most of the times I am sleeping. I never checked astrologically why, but as long as am able to work next day, like you said all functions working well then no problem. Problem is certainly but, to those who sleep near me. I either keep the PC on,or have a book in my hand to read. The On Light creates trouble to my family, but most of the times I get away with it. TV I dare not on late night, or a Mahabharata would be created .Other things I escape with " Work " as the alibi. There are no mosquitoes in my place, and in my area where I live, so lucky, and anyway AC is on, so not much bother from outside. The above, was just to make you feel company. regards, Bhaskar. , Prashant Kumar G B <gbp_kumar wrote: > > Hari > > Most o f my life I have ben sleeping between 2-4 am only rest time is no sleep or light sleep > > and last May to this March even that did not happen just no sleep, I dont mind this as long as mosquites don't bother me, It is taxing physically as I get tired easily during day so take breaks, give my back a rest once ina while and back to work > > I have no clue either. as long as my functions are going on well. > > the reason for Insomania is sani aspecting Budha in my chart not sure of urs > > > Best wishes > > harinam_2000 <harinam_2000 wrote: Dear all, > > I have always been a good, deep sleeper who enjoyed my bedtime. Guest guest
HaHa. Anup Bhai. God knows what is right. I have Saturn in 6th. That way I should have plenty of sleep at night. But since 1985-86 I have problem of sleeping late. I dont like taking sleeping pills, and thus create problem for others by staying awake, though i am busy in my work.I also never tried to solve this, because I think it is not a disease but differs according to different lifetysles and temperaments. Specially when someone like me tries to catch time and wants to make the most of it,in the remaining productive years. Bhaskar. , " Anup. Guest guest
Dear Bhaskar ji, So we are communicating again after a week...Good . You may be 100% right here but.. what i wrote was as i read smwhere and such notes sld be observed in charts. . More like these are also facts ..like... Sun in 2nd house, the person remains hungary, even if the food is available. Venus in 6th may give more chances for sugar problem.. All these depends upon other factors also...... Anyway..nice hearing from you again.. Have a nice sunday... . Anup Bhaskar <bhaskar_jyotish wrote: HaHa. Anup Bhai. God knows what is right. I have Saturn in 6th. Guest guest
dear Mr.bhaskar, What Mr. anup has said and I would like to add further, 12th from the moon has to be considered, because moon controls emotions or the mind. 12th is moksha or peace. so 12th house from the moon can be considered for evaluation of insomnia. This is my observation, i may be wrong. However for insomnia one has to subject himself to hard physcial work. When the whole body becomes tired blood rushes to the areas where the body is tired and there is a decrease in the volume of blood to the brain which will definitely put a person to sleep. good luck, k.gopu ______________________________\ ____ We won't tell. Guest guest
Dear Mr. Gopuji and Anup, Yes I value Your advises and of course the 12th from Moon too has to be observed. the 12th in Natal Chart as Anupji pointed out, does hold clues for Insomnia. And You are very right here too, tht one should work very hard physically to get good sleep. best regards, Bhaskar. , K Gopu <kgopu_24 wrote: > > > dear Mr.bhaskar, > What Mr. anup has said and I would like to add > further, 12th from the moon has to be considered, > because moon controls emotions or the mind. 12th is > moksha or peace. so 12th house from the moon can be > considered for evaluation of insomnia.
