I want to witch from my present company for a new lucrative job. When will be the appropriate time for me to look for a different job ? Will it be good for me to switch or shall i remain in this for some more time ? I am in a confusion as some gurujees have told me that this is not appropraite time to switch your job. I will be very greatful to you if you can guide me regarding this problem.
