In the month of November fourth week, I got a break with a global software company and the salary was astoundingly high compared to the industry standards. I will be completing my probation on May 20th. Just three hours before, my review took place and my boss (I report to Senior Vice President, the guy after CEO) gave me the ratings of " Exceeded the expectations " . He also told me that he was very very pleased by my performance and that if I continue working the same way, I would be reaching 125 per cent mark (it is a very complex review matrix), but suffice this 125 per cent mark is very rare to achieve. Usually even the guys who make it to 100 per cent are known as exceptionally talented. To quote your words in your analysis " ....you will not only earn, but you will earn very good... " When I took the assignment, I was wary of how the things would unfold, but much to my relief everything worked out very favourably in the last six months. Your mail got a great solace to me,I was just partying in my room all alone with myself (Normally I do this), and Your mail gives me more reason to do so. It gives great happiness to see one achieve some landmark in life, and I congratulate You on Your success., and exemplary at that.This has come through Your own efforts, purva punya and law of cause and effect. persons like me can only indicate the good tidings due to you by Your own Punya-prataap.And we do this only with Gods grace. Often I tell my wife, that I dont know much about astrology, but God is favouring me,so I carry on.
