Guest guest Posted April 18, 2007 Report Share Posted April 18, 2007 u can chant aditya hridya stotram daily on sunrise and sunset both of time if u offer water+kumkum+safron+gur(jagry) will be binifited in all means, keep in mind start from sunday and when u offer water the shower or drops of water shud not fall on yr feet. , " Asheesh N.
