I joined an organization a FMCG industry in Aug 2006,its an good organization with a bright future. I'd been posted in Gujarat,from last 7 months I'm staying away from my family. I'm from Mumbai.Staying alone in Gujarat.My family is in mumbai. I'd been married from last 4yrs and had a daughter of 2.5yrs. Due to distance my daughter is not keeping well.My family misses me lot and have lot of expectation from me. They want I should get job in mumbai. Distance from my family is creating a depression & hence I'm not able to concerntrate on my work. I'm trying for a job change in mumbai so I can take care of my family. I'm worried abt my family. I would like to know are there any possibilities of getting transfer to mumbai or near to mumbai or should I look for another job. When should I expect for location change or new job. Are there any remedies/mantra to chant for sucess.. Also pls let me know abt my career growth & married life Please help me out. My details are Name:Nilesh DOB:- 26/04/1978 TOB:- 11:05 am.
