I joined an organization in Aug 2006,its an good organization with a bright future. I'd been posted in Gujarat,but basically I'm from Mumbai. Staying alone in Gujarat.My family is in mumbai. Distance from my family is creating a depression & hence I'm not able to concerntrate on my work. I'm trying for a job change in mumbai so I can take care of my family. I'm worried abt my family. I would like to know are there any possibilities of getting transfer to mumbai or near to mumbai or should I look for another job. When should I expect for location change or new job.
