I have received a lawyer notice regarding a shared house property on 6/10/06. I have replied the same and pursued non legal means to solve the problem. However they went to court and I received court summons on 5/3/07 to attend the first hearing on 30/3/07. I am still trying for non legal means. will i Succeed in this pursuit or The court case will continue.
