My recommendations in my prior email still hold. If you can afford

it, you should stay away from your home town. You're actually better

off to be in the USA. This is because your 4th house lord is in the

8th house. And, the Sun, the lord of the 10th house of career, is in

the 12th house.

 

The key to your health is in taking a medicine from a root extract.

This is due to the fact that Rahu is in the nakshatra of Moola, which

means a bunch of roots. This medicine should mitigate the effects of

the bacteria in your stomach.

 

When you are back in good health, your marriage should improve as

well.
