The prashna chart was created at the time and place of where I am

living. In jyotish, the astrologer can answer the questioner's

request by casting a chart at the time he received or read the

questioner's message.

 

In theory, this means that your question has a karma of its own and

can be deciphered by someone who is destined to read it and is

capable to interpret it. This theory implies the interconnectivity

of everything in the universe.

 

As far as your natal chart is concerned, you made a good choice in

living in the USA. You should have a fairly good career and earn

some money for your family. This would not have been possible if you

had stayed in India.
