However,when the condition is serious, the doctor has to do something in the *backdoor* to help the patient, after all, he is running a dispensary F.O.C.(Free of Cost!!) & extends his help & gives the patient a *waiver* to get medicine for one more health issue. But this doctor, may not reconsider such case in future, after giving this 1-time addl benefit. I hope this analogy makes sense...
