Hello Respected Masters and fellow group members- Query regd my Career.

hello respected Sirs/Madams,

 

I am a new joinee to the group and posting for the first time.

before i start off with my query.

I wish to thank each and everyone of the members here

who take out time to help us all from the problems our life.

My Name is Amruta

 

My details are as below.

Place of birth : Belgaum, karnataka

DOB:: 29 March 1982

Time of Birth : 10:37 am

 

If i may, please let me elaborate my problem a bit over here. because

i need a serious change in my over all personality and behaviour

regding my job.

I am currently working in Mumbai. as a software developer.

I am always facing some or the other problem in my job.

In every job i have been, i have faced issues with & / from my seniors,

colleagues.

Also i dont like being in this development profile and have an urge to

change to Software Testing.

Even if i work hard on my job, my efforts are not recognised or i am

not given the due.

If things are going well, some one will try to sabotage my work/ my

image by spreading wrong information/things about me which affects my

relationship with my seniors.

I am always warned on those issues which are really silly and those

same issues are ignored in case of other people around me.

in my current job also, i am facing a similar problem and as we all

know, the current market situation in Software industry is extremely

bad to opt for a change.

My job is extremely important for me from self and my family point of

view as my husband is not well settled in his own job.

What i want to know through your deep insight and knowledge, that

1> Is my chosen career right for me? as i mentioned, Can i be

successful in Software Testing ?

At my workplace i sit facing the north -east direction.

2> Am I going to face any problem in the next 1 year in my current Job?

If so, what precautions should i take to prevent job problems in my

current job.

I wish to stay in this organiztion and prove myself here and also

grow in my career.

I have no desire to go abroad but only to prove myself as a hard

working and a good employee.

I just wish to excel in my work area and due to these continous

professional problems i have lost confidence in myself. i am always

tensed and fearful of losing my job.

Kindly advise me as to what can be done to subside this anxiety

in my mind as it is causiing me a lot of tension.

Dear Amruta,

 

You are a strong person. After studying your chart, I was wondering how

you are still in the job. Because things around you are certainly not

conducive for your prosperity. The 5th house running alongwith the 12th

house does say it everything whatever you are facing presently. Your

colleagues would take the credit naturally because the 5th house is the

11th house for them, so they get the profits and you get the stick. The

5th is also the 12th from the 6th house of employment and death house

for the employment. The 12th house also shows that you are woprking hard

but the efforts are not resulting in gains or worthiness of any type,

which will keep your frsutrated all round. This is not a good period for

prosperity. You may have to leave the job near around June 2009.

 

But after June 2009, I also see you entering some enterpreneurship or

gaining some status in career. How ? I am not able to fathom, at the

moment . It seems you may be picking up some other options in your mind

laid out before you. You also may be on the way after this period seems

like. But cant say with surety. Job will not be suitable for you even in

the period after June 2009 uptil to January 2012. But certain other

options seem to open up before you which may give you the desired

finance and recognitions due to you, no doubt about that.

 

It would be better if we discuss this over phone.

 

Facing North east direction is allright, but sitting in the North east

may not be good.

 

You are more suited for sitting with children in a Nursery and owning

the same.

 

In computers, Animation and Graphics, Software designing, is what will

give you money.
