I just couldnt help noticing that there has recently been a few chart analysis with Dhanu lagna ( including the blind chart with dhanu lagna and guru Md) Would you be so kind as to expand and share any thoughts you might have as to why people with this lagna are experiencing reversals of fortunes more so than others?.. Is this due to Guru being debilitated in transit and also under rahu/ketu axis currently? I am concerned as I too have sagitarius lagna with exalted guru in 8H, currently running guru-guru-shani period. Shani is exalted but retro in 11H. Further guru and shani are in nakshatra exchange. This is not a request for a reading but more a need to understand the dynamics of the current planetary conditions. Being Jupiter's benefic lagna and fiery sign, sagi persons are well endowed and are ambitious normally attaining success in their efforts. But if the horoscope is not fortified enough and if the native takes things lightly or becomes egoistic on getting the good things, this sign becomes the cause of misfortunes. The following pointers will tell you why: The dual rashis suffer more from kendradhipati dosha, both Jupiter and mercury lose their beneficence. Mercury is also the badhakesh, 7L/10 and it is the relationships which may be a bondage to their free souls (don't fence me in) and bring them discomfort/misfortune, or the professional ups and downs. As per Jaimini, sagitarius is a rashi of falls. KNR says that for sagi lagna, it may be fall of self for a new beginning or realisation, depending upon the planetary positions. remember that sagi is also the sign of transmutation where ego is beginning to dissove, where the beast is emerging into a man. I am most grateful to God that He has blessed me more than I deserve. Perhaps after the Mahadasha of Rahu(atmakarka), I expected the Guru Mahadasha to be more kindly disposed, as he is my lagna lord too. From Dec 2007(and continues) I have had health problems( lung disease with circulatory problems affecting both feet(worst period june to sept 2008). Between june and september 2008, there has been 4 deaths in the family including my father and maternal grandmother passing away. Family dyanamics are changing too with children moving away from the family home etc.(No ill feelings involved) Also issues with properties and fluctuating finances. Overall I cant say that I am having a particularly difficult period, as I have been through worse periods and I take it as a natural evolvement process. However understanding of the trends of time to come will hopefully make me better prepared to deal with difficult circumstances. Yes, relationships is one area that I had to learn the hard way, by going through the mill. I have also learned NOT to take over the emotional baggage of the other person. I remind myself that if I do care, I do so out of my own choice and as long as my intentions are noble, the outcome is not necessarily in my control. The other person has a similar choice and is accountable for his/her own actions etc, and that includes my own children. Allow me to put my observations in short, and to the point format. Sometimes we do not see the simple things in a chart but go for a complex study which is not necessary actually. 5 planets in Airy signs No Planets in Fixed Signs. 4 Planets in Badhaka Sign. 8th Lord placed in 5th, and the 5th Lord debilitated. 8th Lord Moon in opposition of Saturn - 3 degrees Orb. Powerful Saturn also aspecting the Lagna and the Sign Cancer. Do the above have their own stories to relate ? Yes they do have. these are self explanatory. But let me expand just a bit, and not more than necessary. The fixity in purpose at times is missing in actions, because of no planets in fixed signs. You are more on an intellectual level rather than being action oriented. 4 Planets in badhaka means as many times will Life bring in situations of contrarian nature in front of you, which may not be all pleasing, rather unpleasant. More planets in the 11th house normally means much more opportunities in a natives Life for acquiring gains, and in same way many planets representing the badhakasthana do the same in their category, i.e.. bring in abdhas, obstacles many more times than normal in Your Life. Saturn aspecting Moon produces dispassion's, and now at this age, detachment. More of a melancholy nature given in to shades of solitudeness at times and a feeling of loneliness. A Exalted Saturn aspecting a debilitated Mars in 8th house , means aggressions at low levels and of negative natures bringing in clouds of despair to you, whenever these aggressions confront your near and dear ones. Your emotional bouts may last long due to Saturn's influence on the Moon. . Love is a distant feature for you in Life, and not easy to attain. If at all attained, it will be too fragile and would break instantaneously. Domestic harmony may be missing most of the times. Rahu in Lagna, The Lagna Lord in 8th, the 6th lord in badhaksthan, all these may combine , to give you not a very wonderful or complete health. Guru- Guru You are running one of the best Periods in your Life, but nothing comes flawless in Life. Jupiter also activates the 4th and the 12th houses in Your chart, and when these houses are simultaneously in action, then they produce detachment from Home, domestics, dispassion's in Life etc. One turns towards the philanthropic, towards the outward angles in the sky, more in directions of the non-wordily and contemplation on other planes. The 8th house brings in the above resultant changes, therefore all above precedes with some heart breaks thrown towards you by your family members, or near and dear close ones. You have no other alternative left in such circumstances to accept what is served at you with a attitude of non committal silent unopposed acceptance. Health wise you turn to become better when Saturn moves to Virgo. Check the individual points given by Saturn in its own AV in Leo. Just 1. In Virgo it goes up to 4.
