Guest guest Posted January 28, 2009 Report Share Posted January 28, 2009 Dear friends, Due to my pre-occupations with other activities, which is known by few members here, I have received offer from 2-3 members that they are willing to take up Moderatorship for this Group. This is not as easy as it sounds, for my way of dealing with members is different, and may not fall in line of the other moderators which may spoil my relations with such Moderators who are also my Internet friends , which is the last thing I would want. I also normally read every mail start to finish ( Most of the times ), before I approve them. In cases where I have to edit them I do that too. This Group was formed basically as I had to leave my earlier Home ( Group) due to some politics played by certain people with evil intentions who did not want me around there. That purpose has been served now. With great difficulty and one man show, This Group now boasts of a nearly 5000 strong Membership. This has been possible even with just one astrologer on board while this rise of membership has been unprecedented in any jyotish group in so short a span , though most of them have 40+ astrologers on board. This has been possible even with about 10 members being removed by me daily and about 10-15 leaving daily on their own. I will therefore not think of handing ove the moderatorship to anybody at the moment, but whenever I feel a temporary need to do so, i will request these confidantes, to take over, for a short period of time. In the meanwhile, though this Group is also like a shop for me, where I sell my wares, yet I wish all astrologers to take part here, and gain whatever they can from here, impart whatever they can from this platform, and allow this Ganga to purify them as well as others who come in contact with them. All my astrologer colleagues are close to my heart, being from the same community, and I wish their welfare too, from this Group and would like to progress hand in hand, and not alone. Let us be partners in progress. I am not narrow minded to have all for my own. No Never. The happiness of walking hand in hand and together, unitedly, is never equal and comparable to one walking alone. This Group is also like an ashram for me, apart from being a instrument for my commercial activities. I would always be happier if many Sadhus (Spiritual members) and sants (Astrologers ) remain here, and bless the bhaktas ( natives ) coming to this ashram with their problems. Let this ashram grow with these astrologers and let me too progress alongwith them spiritually and astrologically. best wishes, Bhaskar.
