You are born in Meen Rashi & Mesh Lagna, presently in the Mahadasa of Sun & antardasa of Ketu till April,19th 2009 & thereafter Venus antardasa till April 19th, 2010. Since you didn't mention anything whether you are having a toughtime in career or not, I casted a prasna today in kolkata at 20:01:43 hrs ,with leo Lagna rising, with Lagna lord in 6th house in Rahu-ketu axis, while the 10th lord from Leo Lagna i.e. venus is in 8th house. This shows some form of obstacles,uneasy situation at place of work, which may be due to some financial reason, as the 2nd/11th lord Mercury has an Ishrafa Yoga with 5th/6th lord Saturn & this Saturn is retrograde, showing some form of repeat action & failures in case of career.Even Lagna Lord Sun, has Ishraf Yoga with 8th lord Jupiter, in prasna, which indicates that you are looking for a change in job. Further there is Ithsala between mars (4th & 9th lord) & venus showing that the future job will hold good for you. Now lets look at your birthchart. Ketu goes to 12th sign from Dasamsa lagna(which changes in 31 seconds), indicating that you are either out of job, or toughtime at job, provided the time of birth given is correct. Even Ketu is in 8th sign from Lagna, which is an indication of some troubles, specially health. The present transits are also not helpful. The 10th house falls in RKA, with Jupiter in it, while the natal 10th lord is in Retrograde motion, which shows some form of turmoil in career progress. So once Jupiter crosses atleast 23 deg 20 mins(i.e. Moon's Nakshatra who is avayogi) we might expect positive results. The next bhukti of Venus is going to be beneficial as Venus is exalted with 10th lord Saturn, which shows some change in job & also change in place(as it is with 4th lord). Regarding health, you may seem to have suffered from depression(Moon with Saturn), some eye diseases(Moon in 12th house, Venus with Saturn in 12th house) for which you need to wear glasses(you already seem to wear glasses), some mild cardiac issues(afflicted Sun by Rahu & Saturn) & some diseases in private parts(Mars afflicting 8th house, where Ketu is located).Even diabetes may not be ruled out(venus in watery sign, in 12th sign), acidity(Mars in Lagna with a watery planet, Mercury who is also the 6th house). When Saturn transits over Virgo, it may result in some windy diseases like rheumatism, arthritis etc. Prayers to Vishnu in form of Vishnu Sahasranaam & doing mantrajaap of Mahamrityunjay Mantra will definitely help, from the aforesaid diseases.
