Breakup of Marriage and Divorce issue - Please help

Dear Bhaskar ji,

 

Here I am concerned about my sister who is quite unfortunate to get

induldged in legal case for getting divorce in her forties. She got

married in her age of 29 and now having a daughter aged 10. Despite

all our efforts it was not possible to get the mutual agreed

divorce. We have filed legal cases to get the divorce. Without

elaborating the things in detail I would just like to ask 2

questions .

 

1) When she will get the divorce ?

2) What are the prospects for second marriage and when that may

happen ?

 

Birth Details are as follows :-

 

DOB : 6-Apr-1968

TOB : 23:15

PLACE : NIMBAHERA, DISTT - CHITTAURGARH (RAJASTHAN)
