Now the building is renovated . I will get a flat in the new building. will I able to make additional rooms to my flat. Also I am planning to buy a new flat elsewhere. What should I do? should I go ahead and buy a new flat or should I put my money in the old flat which is being renovated? will i be able to give my son a good education? Please revert by mail asap.
