Whether I will get a proper party to sell so that I will not go into losses, or do you advise me something for this Restaurant If I will earn profit from my present or future business and clear all my loans because of your advice, I will not forget you but will consider you as my personal advisor and will pay you monthly from the income what I will earn This is my promise Waiting to hear from you Best regards Raymond Saldanha Mob: 09845376244 Tel: 0824 4269005
Guest guest
Dear Mr.Raymond, You have called me a number of times on my phone, without thought to my pre-occupations, and I have answered you with warmth everytime. You have asked for few more enquiries on phone the other day, and today too,and you have been asked to approach me through my website, where you can clearly find what you are looking for. I am very clear, I answer 1-2 queries for everyone and not any further. Further than that would be taking advantage of my generousity. I have a family to feed too. I do not understand when a person can travel out of the country a number of times, and run a restuearant, yet he is uable to pay a astrologers fees, sounds strange and undigestable. None of us are actually reeling in money and most of us have to pay someone or the other under some or the other heads. This does not mean that we demand free services constantly. Well, we shall now leave it to that. You have mentioned that " if with my advice you are able to earn profit from your present or future business and clear all your loans , then You will not forget me but will consider me as your personal advisor and will pay me monthly from the income what You will earn " Dear Mr. Raymond I am a self respecting person and am not looking for such type of money or such considerations. I just deliver. And if you dont pay, then My Lord has a thousand and millions of hands to send me my daily Grub. I am not sitting here waiting for you to feed me monthly. You may take my advice once again without any charges. Give me a number between 1-249 , thinking for a moment about your resturanat problem, and then get back to me. But no further questions please. regards, Bhaskar. www.shrikrishnajyotish.com , Raymond Saldanha <rvms3159 wrote: > > Dear Mr. Bhaskar, > > > If possible please answer me for the following > > I purchased one Restaurant on Rent & Lease in October 2005 at Kankanady, Mangalore, as I have to travel often out of the country I made 2 additional partners to run the restaurant & to share equal Profit & Loss but they failed run my Restaurant properly and also did not pay me anything till this time and later close down the Restaurant in Sept. 2007, now I only have to pay for the rent & also the interest on the loan which I took to purchase the Restaurant > > Please advise what should I do with this Restaurant? Guest guest
Dear mr. Raymond, You must sell this Hotel or give it on lease, and you would get good money in return for the same. You must not continue running it. Hope this is the end of all queries from your side.
