I have not been able to devote any time to astrology studies for some time, and I am totally frustrated about it, it is not because I am not interested in it any more, but because I started on a new Job this Jan 4th, and I have to catch up on a new project, submit a report before April for my funding. These are just things to do to keep afloat in this materialistic world. I do realise what is really needed for my upliftment, and I do plan to complete my assignments as soon as it is possible. Please forgive me.This is the only ray of hope I see in this cut throat, competative, materialistic world, I am trapped in, please dont close doors on me. I am very interested in studying and I am especially interested in learning the phalita dasas of Jaimini and the use of divisional charts, varshaphala, prasna etc. I find your responses to the list particularly instructive but it takes me a while to try out and validate the new techniques you have introduced. I have just returned from vacation and am slowly siftng through my email. I have recently acquired two of your books and presently I am going through them. I admit I am behind in submitting the lessons because there is a lot of catching up to do. However, even at this tortoise pace I find I am learning something of value. When I joined this list, I was thrilled at being accepted and attempted the most current lessons but through errors realised that I needed to start at the basics, which is from lesson 1. During that period I was also going through huge turmoils in life and a change of residence to a different state. My mind was not focussed as it had been in the past as I have been consumed with a passion to learn jyotish. For some reason my mind is still troubled and I cannot seem to grasp things as quickly as I have done in the past.Plus your lessons are quite intense! I do keep up with reading all the emails and keeping up in that manner.I also go into the archives and keep reading various lessons and articles. I also deeply appreciate your input and effort in the lessons and do not want to offend you in any way. Please bear with me. I have one more move in early April to my permanent residence and hope to stabilise myself soon after that. Why do I get arabic figures instead of normal ones. From 1 to 9 they come through in arabic or hebrew ?? from 10 on it's OK. It's of course not a big problem but it's something new I didn't have before. You're referring here to the Upachaya Program right? If so, where exactly does this happen? On the Bindu tiles themsleves? it could be that you don't have a particular font installed on your computer and it's not recognizing it. Does it happen all the time or has it just started happening out of the clear blue sky? So if there is only Ju delay then do we look for the hits after 24 years? If there is Sa delay as well as Ju delay then the timing gets trickier. You can count Ju’s delay once Sa’s delay gets over and take it from there. The basics can be said in just 1 line - Jupiter when it aspects House B and LoB then it rectifies a problem. Now if there are more problems then Ju will have to do more work by aspecting or conjoining LoB and House B. That being said, if Jupiter aspects LoA / LoB and House A or B then itself will cause delay as well. Yes, you are correct, what I said was for 7th house as B in the post below. So that would make Ju’s delay over. Next is if there is Sa’s delay then find that first and then Ju’s delay is to be added on top of that. Here u also have to keep in mind that if Ju is not in sign nak nav of Sa or libra then it can moderate delay of Sa as well. So u have to factor all these things in. So after sa’s delay is over then check for ju’s hit on Hosue B or LoB or transit in House B or over LoB as well. Cheers !!!
