One of my cousin blessed with a baby on 31.7.2001 at 12.35 Midnight(early hours of 1st august).Actually they are not in a position to say the exact timing between 12.30-12.45. Place of Birth is KAKINADA in Andhra pradesh. Some astrologers saying that,baby is born in Aries ascendent. some saying that after 12.35 it is taurus ascendent. Based on your article " HOW TO PREDICT WHICH HOUSE SUN WOULD BE WITHOUT REFERRING TO THE ACTUAL CHART OR EPHEMERIS " can i fix that it is Aries ascendent because it is before 1.00 midnight? or do i need to any modification.
