dear friend

a person who undertakes these mantra sadhanas comes closer to god and

awakens his dormant kundalini energies and thus realises the god

within. all this happens due to the antaryatra the native undertakes

while doing meditations and mantra japams. this is highly positive

in terms of metaphysics but you would see all realised people staying

alone without bhog (family bondages) and comforts (material

luxuries). most grihasthas require this bhog and comforts to fulfil

thier bounden duties towards their dependants and hence the shastras

advise that once a person becomes old and his children have become

self dependant, then the native can turn to spirituality and even

take sanyas.

simply put, you have a choice of undertaking bahar yatra or

antaryatra. in antaryatra you dont need any co travellers for

company but in bahar yatra you find so many friends, family,

dependants and co travellers. in antaryatra the native sees and

realises the god within but disconnect with the outside world. in

baharyatra the native keeps searching and looking everywhere for

everything.

hence as a person in grihastha you may serve the dependants of yours

first and then once your bounden duties are over, then you can serve

more and more people with your good words and deeds.

with best wishes and blessings
