I have been trying very hard to purchase a house since past one

year.

I was running Mars bhukti till dec'06 and am currently in Rahu

bhukti (since 21 Dec'06)in the Dasha of Mercury(Merc dasha since 27

June-97).

 

Mercury is the 4th house lord well placed in 11th and last year

Jupiter was in 5th (though Saturn was in last phase of sade sathi).

Mars the bhumikaraka is aspecting Mercury although from 8th. The 4th

house is occupied by benefic moon and the lagna lord Jupiter aspects

the 4th lord Mercury from 7th house. The 4th house signification of

landed property seems to be strong but I have not been able to buy a

house till date.

 

I am perplexed at the adverse result though astrologically it appears

purchasing a house or lands with ease (I was told so by couple of

astrologers as well). As per Turyamsa article by Sri Vishti Larsen in

his website garuda.com he says " a moon in the 4th house indiactes

palatial building, especially with venus in it " .

 

Could someone enlighten me on why there is delay in purchase and

whether it is indicated in my chart enclosed below. Any idea on the

time of purchase would be appreciated.
