Guest guest Posted February 28, 2007 Report Share Posted February 28, 2007 Hi all I have doubt in " Curses in Vedic Astrology " .It explains brahmin curse in detail wrt to Lord Sriram chart.It explains when " sativk planet like jupiter,moon,mercury,venus,sun " is under malefic influence of " malefic planets like saturn,mars,rahu " . I have few doubts on that : <1> What if mars & saturn are aspecting a house which contains no planet ?Will it still come under curse-state? EG -> Mars & Saturn have 7th aspect on sagittarius sign (lorded by Jupiter) but sagittarius sign is empty. <2> What are the remedies to be done to counter this curse ? Hence, the curse of Venus is a VERY tough curse. Yet, the Brahmin Shaapa is the REAL cause of all the curses in the horoscope... i.e. he hurt a priest and his wife cursed him as a result... just an example. So both are right, but the worst experience will come from Venus. 2) Mahavidya worship need not be prescribed alone for the sake of remedying curses in the chart. And by 'curses' i refer to two or more malefic associations with a graha/bhava. Mahavidya worship as a remedy is mostly advised in case of debilitated planets in rasi, navamsa or shastyamsa-trimsamsa, or in case of Kala sarpa/amrita yoga. However, this should preferably be a LAST resort as far as remedies are concerned. The remedy is for which graha Jupiter or Venus. 2.Is it necessary to findout the planet is afflicted in the Shastyamsa chart also.For example Jupiter and Venus curse in D1.But in D60 only Venus curse,then is it Venus curse dominates and the remedy for Venus though Jupiter curse exits. Remedy is for both - one to remove suffering and the other to overcome the curse all together. i.e. We may advise a certain mantra based on the position of Venus but advise the person to help Gurus, donate to temples, etc. based on Jupiters position. 2.
