Namaste All,

Although I have read the posts by Bhaskarji that the software isn't an

absolute necessity--I would still VERY much like to have it installed.

Therein the problem lies: I believe that possibly my son did something

unintentionally to reconstitute any installation programs on my computer

(VERY irritating!!) Specifically, the installation /setup file that says it

is a " internet communications settings " file (world icon with an arrow on

it) is opening in notepad. When I try to open with the correct installation

file (the install sheild setup file) a warning box comes up that I am

missing a file (setup.exe) or related file. Can a computer literate

individual PLEASE email me persoanlly and tell me what I can do??!! I can't

install ANY programs with these files right now!! (I have tried renaming,

associating it with the setup file, rebooting, redownloading..)

THANK YOU in advance!!!!!

dear Elaine,

U may have to reinstall the operarting system software

ie if ur using windows 98 or 2000 or XP, if u have the

CD, u run the cd and from there u can reinstall the

main operating oftware which will in turn install all

the necessary files .

good luck,

k.gopu
