She got married (engagement) to a doctor in June 2004, and took the wedding ceromony on 2nd June 2005. But her husband is not caring for her and now they live separated for about one and half years. My questions are 1. Will they unite again to lead a happy married life 2. If not is it a good idea to file a court case against him asking for divorce and compensation 3.If she gets divorced when will she get married again? Birth details of my sister are Date of birth 11th Oct 1975 at 10.10 PM in Kandy, Sri Lanka If you can have a look and advise I would appreciate greatly. Thank you.
