The Dosha is certainly there. From March 2007 the period for marriage commences for the boy. A very good period to get married. You should yourself ask or through his mother, if he likes any girl and wishes to marry her. Academics- Though the Rahu MahaDasha does not favour marriage, but it does not disfavour too. Its actually neutral towards the marriage factor. Jupiter antar commences from March 2007. Jupiter is in 5th Bhava, in constellation of Purva Phalgini ruled by Venus. Venus represents the 2nd and 7th lord and also Lords over these. Taurus and libra. As simple as that. 7th for marriage and 2nd for addition of family member.
