There should be corroborating evidence elsewhere in the chart to define the meaning of the badhaka's effects in the chart. Recently, I saw a chart with a Gemini lagna. Mercury is in a badhaka position in the 7th house. Also, at this position, Mercury is in Marana Karaka Sthana. As such, his mother was interfering in his marriage and home life. Because of this interference, his wife move out of his house. As far as INTERFERENCE/ INTERVENTION is concerned Argala is the proper tool to diagnose/identify. That is, any planet in saggitarius will cause problems to gem rise natives? If that's the case, does Jupiter also in general is a babdhaka planet for these natives and effects the houses where it is ( negatively). The matter likely to suffer severely are the houses for which this 7th lord is a maraka by ownership and occupation. By the way all dual signs have rasi drishit on the 7th house,4th house and 10th house . So they are very sensitive and careful about relationship(7th house matter) and at 90 % of times they are successful, unless there are severe restraining factors. Generally they are good husband/wife/ home makers.
