Guest guest
Dear Subhashji, Muhurtha Fixing is a intricate matter and best left to experts who are good in it, and doing this day and out, I am referring to our traditional pandits. Marriage is a sensitive affair, and I would dare not suggest any Muhurtha for fixing a marriage time, not even to my own children when their time comes. But prelimnaries- 1) Combinations which are malefic to be avoided- Latta, paata,Yuti,Vedha,Jamitra, Mritu Panchak,Ekargala,Upagraha,Kranti samya,Dagdha tithis. 2) Doshas - malefic combinations by Tithi-days-Nakshatra combinations to be avoided. Period when Jupiter or venus is combust.Tithi Kshaya,Tithi Vriddhi,Nakshatra,Lagna and tithi Gadanthas.Samkranti day. Bhadra, Combust lagnalord or navamsha lord of muhurta lagna. Kartari, malefic ardha yama of day,Kulika dosha or kulika muhurta, 3) Months and Nakshatras etc. suitable for marriage or to be avoided. 4) Tribala shuddhi. 5) Goodhali lagna or Muhurta. On all of above I can write 50 pages each, which neither I will understand nor you. so thats why I said we better leave it to Pandits who are well equipped. For people like You and me, we should buy a few detailed panchangas of the current years and match the Muhurthas and timings mentioned there with what the family pandit has told us. In all the detailed Panchangas available in the market, auspicious days for marriage and timings of the auspicious rites ,would be mentioned. regards, Bhaskar. , " msts06 " <msts06 wrote: > > Respected Astrologers, > My daughter and my to-be son in laws details are given below.
