Unless one resorts to that Divinity within ourselves, and seeks His

Help, one cannot discard one's rAga and dveshha. Invoking His divine

presence in everything that we see and hear is the one sure way of

reducing our `likes' and `dislikes' and approximating to obtain

His `prasAdaM'. So shloka 64, along with *yukta AsIta mat-paraH* is

the grand recipe for practice!

Om Namo Narayanaya.Pranams Profji.A beautiful explanation! This is very helpful...truly said ....observing the "I" is very difficult...how quickly we tend to lose ourselves in the day-to-day transactions. But dealing with the 'likes' and 'dislikes' motivated by a "prasaada buddhi" is definitely more do-able.Thanks for sharing.veena.--- On Wed, 8/20/08, V. Krishnamurthy <profvk wrote:V.
