Kundalini is almost as Real as ...the

Mind is!

As real as ...the Brain is!

In fact, Kundalini is just another

'Ancient' name for the Mind and Brain!

And, all Kundalini Centers [Chakra]

are nothing but major neural nerve

centers in the body. Each of these

centers in away focus one particular

Aspect and the Highest Concentration of

the brain/mind lies inside the Skull.

In Kundalini term this part of the

brain/mind [Kundalini] is called

Shahasrar.

Kundalini is the representation of the

brain given by those who very closely

observed it, studied it, analyzed it,

felt it, experienced it... Yet, did not

have great anatomical knowledge that

might have come from surgical study.

Scientist are now beginning to find

major nerve center in the heart and gut

and are beginning to suspect that they

play some major roles and focus on

particular areas such as Vitality,

Inner Strength, Health, Wellness by gut

and pleasant emotions by Heart!

One would hope that they might find

lot more soon...

Different Stages of Kundalini

Awakening are Simply... Different

stages of Mind and Brain!

[it is a scientific fact that] The

Body that we 'feel' as 'mine'... Only

feels so because of its image created

by the brain communicating with it and

because of being constantly bombarding

the body with signals such as... Fear,

stress, unease, tension, stress. This

in turn prompts the body to signal back

to the brain thus creating a

continuous, solid and somewhat painful

image of the body.

As we begin to relax, calm down, get

peaceful and quiet... This continuous

bombardment of body signals starts

slowing down and as a result we " feel "

body less and less!

......

Under some drugs... People feel like

floating, out of body, ethereal, like

space, Weightless...

Under Deep relaxation, Samadhi or

....deep sleep we simply Stop " feeling "

Body Altogether!

The body seems to have ...disappeared!

.....

It rarely happens to people during

wakeful hours... Because; people

Extremely rarely [if EVER] allow them

to get that Relaxed.

It happens when someone TRULY and

Fully surrenders usually due to extreme

mental or physical pain that seems

beyond person control.

Surrender simply means... I am NOT

worried anymore. I am not Concerned

anymore. I don't care anymore. And,

thus brain drops the effort...

....and, with that continuous body

signals start dropping!

With surrender Complete... They almost

completely stop... Thus, making one

feel boundless, bodiless, formless,

weightless, Pure Consciousness!

......

To many it seems like 'Death' or 'Near

Death' experience... Because, to them

being alive means " feeling the body " ,

" being the body! They can NOT

comprehend there can be any life

without 'Body'. As they don't feel body

anymore in this Perfectly relaxed mind

state... They think they have 'left' it.

When they realize it, thought they

feel extremely peaceful, serene and

ethereal - due to not feeling the body,

they also think that they are dying.

Noticing that, concern, worry and

thought of the loved ones immediately

starts and... The brain is forced to

resume its normal operation. The

continuous signal starts and the body

is 'felt' Again! The body [feeling]

comes BACK Again...

And, they think they have " come back "

from near Death Experience!

Because to them, being alive means

'being the body' [i.e. " feeling " the

body].

......

Truth is that that we [brain/mind]

don't live in the body that we " feel "

as 'mine'!

Truth is that we feel like 'being the

body' and the body feels 'mine' Only

because... Its image is constantly

created Inside us[brain] because of our

'continuous' fear, stress, tension and

unease.

As we really relax... Body starts

disappearing.

And in Complete Relaxation, deep

sleep, Samadhi... It Simply disappears!

I don't think it's a very good idea to feel the body less and less.

That's a numbing out. That's deadness. That's what happen before heart

attacks happens I think. The body and heart contracts in an ego shell.

To avoid the growing pain, the body begins to numb itself, to a point

where that is not possible anymore and disease happens.
