On the way home he asked me if I knew that science is now of the opinion that the human body needs at least 20 minutes of sunlight daily. The sunscreens may actual cause more damage as the sunlight is not absorbed and made able to convert to vitamin D. Lack thereof is one of the causes cancer, free radicals and all.
