Guest guest
A spiritual practice that can be fun is to look at the world and everything in it including your body to be lifeless and that the only thing bringing it all into motion is your own consciousness. It's a bit of a difficult practice even though it may appear easy. The first difficulty, and this is a huge threshold, is that this idea implies that you are all alone in the whole universe! This can result in a wall of unbearable loneliness which will hinder any interesting experience. Another difficulty is to actually convince yourself of the _real_ possibility that you are in fact all alone, and that there is no one out there in the world as a conscious being. It could be pretty hard to convince yourself that when you talk to a family member, that he or she actually is not a conscious being! /AL

You are the only existing being in this world. Of course I'm not talking about you, but about " You " . Who you really are. Until you know who you are, truly know who you are. Your search will never end. :0) Alberto,
