There will hitherforth be a subtle imputation of " impetus energy " to the karmic accumulation of any so-called being invoking free will. Appologies for any inconvenience the abrubtness of this announcement may cause for anyone's " plans " . Should you have plans that must now be *altered* due to this announcement, keep in mind that you are free to do so.... err, well, not quite.
