Guest guest
There is a hand sketched on our brain. A large hand, disproportionally large compared to the sketching of other parts. Your whole body is depicted on our brain, but the hand and the sex organs are in comparison gigantic. Of course, I'm not talking about a real drawing, but the areas of the cortex devoted to sensory input in your brain. We can understand why so much attention to hand and sex, since both play an important role in the survival of the individual and the species. Some amputees feel a phantom limb, some feel pain coming from that ghost hand or leg. The body you feel is in your brain. Some brain injuries may cause people to stop feeling or even being aware they have a left or right side. These people are not paralyze, they just ignore anything that happens on their left side. They don't shave, or put makeup on that side. They not even see what happens on the left. But even normal people only notice part of what they see, and see things that are really not there. We have a blind spot in the center of our eyes where the optic nerve enters the retina, yet we don't see a black spot there because our brain fills in the blank. Our reality is an edited one. The censor is not under our control, we don't know what we are not allowed to know. We don't know what things our brain wants us to think exist, that really don't. Maybe we'll never know the brain secret agenda. The tricky hand in the brain works in the dark. " So I just did me some talkin' to the Son. And I said I didn't like the way he got things Done. Has no need of me. But I still need to pee. Those, brain drops just tinkle in the pot. But that doesn't mean by brain will soon be turning not. Nothing seems to quit. Just givin' me a fit. This nothing just keeps keepin' on as me, Just wants to say " whee, whee, " Such a fool I be ...
