In the Awareness watching awareness web site, there is only one quote. The rest is all new material. Thank you so much for providing useful and easily understood instructions and background on the awareness meditation. I can make one suggestion for the website. You have a number of individual web pages on various topics, but I can't seem to find a main menu of any sort that would allow the user to navigate easily from page to page. Sometimes you mention other pages at the bottom of a page, but most often you don't. For instance, I only ran across your wonderful " How I Discovered " page when I clicked on the link in a discussion group message. Another wonderful source for " awareness of awareness " meditation information is the Ashtavakra Gita, available online at this link: http://www.swcp.com/~robicks/gita00.htm This Gita is fantastic (and I'm guessing that you are probably already familiar with it), although it needs the kind of clarification of instruction that you provide on your website. This Gita starts off right from the beginning in section 1, stanza 4: " Set your body aside. Sit in your own awareness.
