" The contemporary Indian teacher Sathya Sai Baba has said that

the " I " which we each experience is the same " I " -- it is all the

one " I " that is pure consciousness. Fundamental consciousness has an

inherent quality of " I " ness, a quality of " I exist. " Yet we each

experience this " I " as emanating from our own individual form, as the

center of our own individual locus of being. " - Judith Blackstone

There isn't even consciousness.

Let alone Pure Consciousness.

All utterances are concepts.

Not a bit of truth in any of them.

So don't waiste your time pitting one guru against the other.

Must there be a debate on the words used to simulate Truth or the

processes and experiences that brings one towards understanding of

reality? I find no dispute with the above quote. Were these

statements to be contrary to this 'I's understanding, from where

would arise the necessity to dispute 'another's' milepost; and from

where the authority? In appreciation, John
