Guest guest
It's truly amazing the things we don't pay attention to. Today eating lunch I payed attention to what my tongue does when I eat. Pushing the food to where the teeth can chew them in such perfect timing as not to get bitten itself. One thing that has hit me hard from the time I've spent here is the concept of concepts. Any concept I have is an object. That's hard for a beginner to come up with. They're all mental objects created to....aid comprehension? The problem is once we file label something as a concept we stop experiencing the object and from then on experience the concept? I caught myself doing this today. This is a time of higher than normal anxiety for me. Nerves are working overtime. Shawn
