often sure feels like I do, especially when people are so mean to

me... and I think I am my ego and that maybe is the problem...

 

I guess I want a no ego ego... LOL

 

What about the Atman... can't the Atman have an ego?

I think that is why I feel so drawn to Nisargadatta's talks. They put me in the same place that I sometimes get to by pondering the question of "What is it that has an ego?', or "What is there standing behind the ego (and body, etc.)?" Only they do it with much more efficiency. Of course sometimes I can get in that same state by watching 15 minutes of "Barney", but that's just me.

 

As for Atman, I'm way out of my element in trying to address that.
