Guest guest
Dear Melody, Sure, the nonexistent " person " always seems to be of interest... but who is interested in simple Awareness? Awareness isn't interesting at all. Contents of consciousness seem to be of primary interest. Attention is constantly focused " externally " on the products of consciousness. Who is aware of awareness? Who cares to 'maintain' awareness of awareness? Who gives primary attention to awareness? Guest guest
Hi Tim, in response to: > > Here's a thought.... > > > > All people are in earnest > > about knowing who they are. > > you replied, in part: > > Sure, the nonexistent " person " always seems to be of interest... but > who is interested in simple Awareness? Those who have already looked to " find " themselves in everything else. Watch a 13 year old very closely, or a 22 year old, and you will see everybit as much earnestness in their 'seeking' as you will find in a sannyasin's. :-) Melody
