Guest guest
Hello Cathy, Welcome to the Nisargadatta group. It's good to see you here. A member on this list, Peter Whale, had asked a while back if anyone in the group had contact with Nisargardatta " while he was in that embodiment. " Since I had corresponded with you before I know that you who met Maharaj in 1978 (and could very well be the only person on this list who did). Please tell us about your experience, perhaps in a series of emails, as much time as you can afford. One particular topic that I'm particularly interested in is Maharaj's reaction to visitors who brought up topics from his classic " I am That. " Did he ever make any comments that Maurice Frydman mistranslated the original Marathi version? Thank you so much, Hur PS Rather than replying to this email under the current subject, it may be a good idea to rename the topic to something that would indicate your direct encounter with Maharaj.
